Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing large engineering projects and site operations
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage teams, budgets, timelines, and client relationships
  • Minimum 8–10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
  • Experience in HVAC-R, elevators, or related engineering fields
  • Sub-Saharan Africa experience is an added advantage
