J&J Transport Zambia Limited is growing and seeking experienced, committed, and proactive professional to join our dynamic team in Lusaka.
We are Hiring for the Following Position:
Proof of Delivery (POD) Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Receive, organize and process PODs from fleet representatives
- Scanning PODs as per clients invoicing requests
- Update POD status sheets in line with client requirements
- Collaborate with the colleagues and accounts team to resolve rate queries and invoicing discrepancies.
- Dispatch documents in line with standard procedures
- Lead efforts in continuous improvement, suggesting and implementing operational enhancements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Relevant Diploma a recognized institution in transport & logistics/ clearing and forwarding /business related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in an international transport or logistics company in a similar role within the industry.
- Age: 25 years and above
- Proactive problem-solving, initiative-driven, and adaptable to dynamic work environments, excellent
- Excellent IT skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Detail and result orientation (accuracy and quality of work)
- Ability to work weekends and rotational public holidays when required.
