The Council of Mulungushi University is an equal opportunity employer and is inviting qualified and sufficiently motivated individuals to apply for the following positions in the University:

Job purpose:

To teach, conduct research, and carry out academic-related responsibilities.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• A full Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five Credits that must include English Language
• An earned Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration with a Merit or better from a reputable and recognized University
• An earned Master’s degree in Public Administration from a reputable and recognized University
• An earned PhD degree in Public Administration will be an added advantage
• Functional computer skills
• Must have proof of research and publications
• A valid membership with a relevant professional body

Experience needed

• At least two years of teaching experience at tertiary level
• At least two years of teaching experience at tertiary level
