Background

Novad Construction Limited is pleased to announce multiple internship opportunities in Lusaka and Ndola, Zambia, as part of its 2026 Multi-Disciplinary Internship Programme. This initiative offers motivated young individuals practical workplace experience across various professional streams within the construction and related sectors.

The internships are available at Novad Construction Limited’s offices in Lusaka, Ndola, and other project locations throughout Zambia. These full-time roles provide hands-on exposure and the chance to develop skills in a real-world environment under professional supervision.

Qualifications or Requirements

Applicants interested in these internship opportunities in Lusaka and Ndola should meet the following criteria:

• Be between 18 and 25 years old
• Have completed Grade 12 and/or be currently pursuing or have recently completed a certificate, diploma, or degree
• Demonstrate genuine interest in the chosen internship stream
• Be willing to learn, accept supervision, and work collaboratively
• Be reliable, professional, and ready to engage in a workplace environment
• Be available to report to the assigned office or project location as required
• Commit to observing workplace rules and regulations

Experience Needed
