We are Hiring: Quantity Surveyor Intern

We’re looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor (INTERN) to support our growing portfolio of residential and commercial projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with taking off quantities and preparing bills of quantities (BoQs) from drawings and specifications
• Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Carry out material take-offs and compare supplier quotations to support procurement
• Assist with measuring completed works and preparing monthly valuations, interim payment certificates, and variation records
• Support site teams with cost monitoring, material reconciliation, and progress reporting
• Maintain organised cost records, contract documentation, and project files

What You Bring:

• A diploma or degree (completed or in progress) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building, or a related field
• Some exposure to measurement and estimating in a construction environment will be a plus but not required
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, terminology, and building components
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with QS or drafting software (CostX, WinQS, Candy, Bluebeam, AutoCAD) is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
