Job Overview
Our company launches a brand-new real estate intermediary department, and we are recruiting the first department director. You will take charge of overall operation, team building, market development and daily administration, manage second-hand house and land brokerage business, and lead the team to achieve company business goals.
Job Requirements
- Deep understanding and full knowledge of Lusaka local real estate market.
- Familiar with second-hand housing market demand, supply and trading rules.
- Proficient in local land transaction market, plot valuation, transfer procedures and relevant policies.
- Sharp market awareness to analyze industry changes and price trends.
- Solid real estate working experience, capable of team management and staff training.
- Familiar with Zambian property laws, title deeds and property transfer procedures.
- Great communication ability and business negotiation skills.
- With extensive personal networks and high-value client resources.
- With abundant second-hand housing and land resources.
- Age between 30 to 45, male and female are both welcome, reliable and long-term working minded.
- Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Marketing or above, fluent English speaker. Chinese language is a big advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Formulate department development strategies, working rules, monthly and annual targets.
- Manage team recruitment, daily operation and internal supervision.
- Explore property and land resources, maintain good cooperation with local clients.
- Arrange house viewing, business negotiation and whole transaction follow-up.
- Control business risks and standardize daily working procedures.
- Improve group brand influence and expand local market scale.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly GROSS salary: 15,000–18,000 kwacha
- High performance commission with quarterly bonus and year-end bonus.
