ROLE SUMMARY:

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients both in-spa and online. The role ensures exceptional guest experience, efficient bookings, spa sales support, and timely responses on the spa customer care line and social media platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience

Experience in spa, salon, hospitality, retail, or online customer care (preferred)

Strong written communication (WhatsApp & social media)

Excellent verbal communication skills

Professional appearance and grooming

Organisation and multitasking ability

Sales confidence and customer care mindset

Basic computer and smartphone skills

Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
