About the role:
Talent House is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our recruitment team throughout the hiring process. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment administration. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources or Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate phone screenings where required.
- Contact candidates to schedule interviews and assessments.
- Prepare interview schedules and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Assist in reference checks and background verification processes.
- Respond professionally to candidate inquiries via phone and email.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the recruitment team.
Minimum Qualifications/ Traits:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take initiative.
Compensation:
The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
