Responsibilities or duties

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor patient progress and record observations in medical charts.

Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other nurses to provide holistic care.

Educate patients and families on health management, recovery, and preventive care.

Respond to emergencies and provide critical care interventions when necessary.
