Mindolo Ecumenical Foundation (MEF) is a faith-based, non-denominational and Pan-African Centre of Study, Worship and Reflection. It is located in Mindolo, Kitwe District on the Copperbelt Province of Zambia.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the following vacant position at Mindolo Ecumenical Foundation (MEF):
Position: Registrar/Human Resource Officer
Mindolo Ecumenical Foundation (MEF) seeks to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced individual to serve as Registrar/Human Resource Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the Foundation's human resource functions and administrative operations.
- Coordinating staff recruitment, appointments, promotions and performance management.
- Maintaining personnel records and ensuring compliance with labour laws and institutional policies.
- Providing administrative support to Management.
- Coordinating registration processes and maintaining institutional records.
- Preparing reports and correspondence relating to administrative and human resource matters.
- Ensuring adherence to institutional policies, regulations and procedures.
- Performing any other duties as may be assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must:
- Possess a Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five (5) O-Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- Possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
- Be between 35 and 45 years of age.
- Have a minimum of five (5) years' relevant work experience in Human Resource Management, Administration or a related field.
- Possess strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be computer literate and able to work with minimal supervision.
