JOB DETAILS:
About the Organization
United Bank for Africa (UBA) Zambia is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Relationship Manager – Personal Banking, based at the Chipata Branch.
Overall Responsibility
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing documentation for risk asset creation.
- Marketing and promoting UBA banking products.
- Acquiring new customers and growing deposit portfolios.
- Reactivating dormant accounts and strengthening customer relationships.
- Conducting client visits, sales calls, and business meetings.
- Achieving assigned business and profitability targets.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess:
- A First Degree with a Credit or better in any discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years' relevant banking or financial services experience.
- Strong business development and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technology proficiency and a self-driven attitude.
