About the Organization

United Bank for Africa (UBA) Zambia is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Relationship Officer – SME Banking, based at the Industrial & Head Office Branches in Chipata.

Overall Responsibility

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Acquiring new SME customers and growing business portfolios.
• Preparing risk asset documentation.
• Cross-selling banking products and services.
• Conducting customer visits and relationship management activities.
• Meeting financial, account growth, and profitability targets.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must possess:

• A First Degree with a Credit or better in any discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years' banking or financial services experience.
• Strong sales, marketing, and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and technology skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
