Background

AB Bank is looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of Relationship Officer – Client Acquisition.

The Relationship Officer - Client Acquisition is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to offer effective services in compliance with the banks policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition - Conduct marketing activities aimed at growing the SME credit portfolio.
• Attract and inform potential and existing clients about products and services offered by the Bank to ensure target fulfilment.
• Monitor and enforce credit repayments.

Minimum Qualifications and Competencies

• Minimum Diploma in Business Related field, ACCA, CIMA and ZICA Diploma equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years work experience the financial sector under sales or credit officer.
• Must know how to work with Excel, Power point and Word
• Must have ZAQA verified academic qualifications.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: professional certificate
