Reservation Officer (2 positions)

Detailed Description: This role focuses on maximizing hotel occupancy by managing the reservations process. Responsibilities include processing room bookings via phone, email, and online platforms, updating the property management system, and providing accurate information on availability and rates. The officer will also respond to guest inquiries, prepare reservation reports, and coordinate with the Front Office to ensure all bookings are correctly managed and communicated.

Requirements: Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration.
