Grand Savoy Hotel is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Reservationist to join our team.

Position: Reservationist*2

Department: Reservations / Front Office

Location: Grand Savoy Hotel

Type: Full-time (Part-time if applicable)

Responsibilities or duties

  • Handle reservations and booking requests via phone, email, walk-ins, and online channels
  • Create and manage reservations using the hotel booking system
  • Confirm details (guest name, dates, room type, number of guests, special requests)
  • Assist with cancellations, rescheduling, and modifications according to hotel policy
  • Provide accurate information on availability, rates, and hotel services
  • Coordinate with front desk and other departments to ensure smooth guest check-in readiness
  • Maintain clean, accurate reservation records and follow confidentiality standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel reservation systems quickly
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required

Experience needed

  • Prior reservations/front desk experience is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with hotel management systems (PMS) or reservation platforms.
  • A diploma or degree in hotel management, travel and tourism, or a related field
  • Knowledge of hospitality/restaurant/customer service standards.
  • Experience handling high call volumes.
