We are seeking responsible and experienced Flat Pan (Flatbed) Drivers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Operate company trucks to transport goods across designated routes within Zambia and on international SADC routes (DRC, South Africa, Tanzania).

Ensure safe loading, securing, transportation, and offloading of cargo.

Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues promptly.

Maintain accurate delivery logs, fuel records, and trip documentation.

Adhere to all Zambian road safety regulations and company driving policies.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients regarding deliveries.

Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the assigned truck.

Report incidents, delays, or route challenges promptly.

Follow company procedures for border clearance and documentation on cross border assignments.

Practice safe driving habits to prevent accidents and ensure cargo safety.

Requirements

Valid Zambian Class DG or PDG Truck Driver’s License.

3–5 years’ experience in long distance or logistics transportation, including cross-border routes (DRC, South Africa, Tanzania).

Good knowledge of Zambian road networks, traffic laws, and road safety regulations.

Ability to accurately read, understand, and follow delivery documents, instructions, and trip logs.

Physically fit and able to handle long driving hours and cargo handling.

Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Strong communication, reporting, and record keeping skills.

Reliability, integrity, and accountability in all work responsibilities.

Strong safety awareness and commitment to company driving policies.
