JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock control
- Train and guide junior staff and ensure adherence to operational standards
Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Certificate in Hospitality Management or a business-related field
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or food service environment
