WE’RE HIRING: YELLOW RETAIL REPRESENTATIVES
Yellow is looking for energetic, customer-focused and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Yellow Retail Representatives (YRRs).
As a Yellow Retail Representative, you will represent Yellow in partner smartphone stores, help customers access smartphones through Yellow Finance, complete customer applications and deliver an excellent customer experience.
What you'll do
- Drive sales and achieve daily/weekly targets
- Engage and educate customers about Yellow and phone financing
- Assist customers with the Yellow application process
- Ensure customer applications are accurate and complete
- Explain payment terms and ensure customers understand their contracts
- Follow up with customers and support them through the journey
- Represent Yellow professionally within partner stores
- Complete required reporting and store activities
What we're looking for
- 18 years or older
- Grade 12 certificate
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable using smartphones and digital applications
- Sales-driven, energetic and target-oriented
- Reliable, professional and self-motivated
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Available to work full-time, including Saturdays
