A reputable life assurance company based in Lusaka is looking for dynamic and results-driven individuals to join its team as Sales Agents. This is a great opportunity for highly motivated candidates who are passionate about marketing and building a career in the insurance industry.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Age between 25 to 45 years
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Confident and well-spoken individuals
• Organized and able to work independently (self-starters)
• Minimum of Grade 12 Certificate or GCE
• A Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field (an added advantage)
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not mandatory

Please Note:
This is a pure commission-based role with additional performance-based incentives. It is ideal for individuals who are confident in their selling ability and can work under minimal supervision.

Work Hours: 8
