About the opportunity
Pioneers Media Limited, publishers of the premium business-and-investment-focused Pioneers Magazine, is seeking a highcalibre Sales and Marketing Consultant. This is a results-driven consultancy role for a professional who thrives in the “CSuite” environment and understands the value of Actionable Intelligence.
We have built a platform that includesa high-gloss, premium matte publication reaching HNWIs readersand corporate powerhouses since our launch in March 2026. We now require a strategic closer to connect Zambia’s leading brands with our influential audience of business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and decision-makers.
The Role
As our Lead Advertising Consultant, you will:
- Identify and Engage: Prospect Tier-1 and Tier-2 advertisers across Banking, Mining, Energy, Telecoms, and Luxury Lifestyle sectors, among others.
- Pitch Value, Not Pages: Sell the strategic alignment of our content pillars that include Start-ups, The Engine Room, Scaling Up, and Growth Maps to potential partners.
- Secure Bulk Partnerships: Negotiate institutional bulk-purchase agreements with banks, airlines, and universities.
- Manage Relationships: Act as the primary bridge between our editorial vision and our partners’ marketing objectives.
The Ideal Profile
- Networked: You have an existing “little black book” of contacts within Zambia’s corporate marketing and communications departments.
- Articulate: You speak the language of ROI and Brand Equity.
- Polished: You mirror the “Pristine” aesthetic of Pioneers in your professional conduct and presentation.
- Ambitious: You are motivated by a commission structure and the opportunity to grow with a media house that plans to build a robust business ecosystem.
