Job Summary
Bienvenue Private Security Ltd is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to support business growth through client acquisition, marketing initiatives, and relationship management. The role focuses on promoting our security services to residential communities, SMEs, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell security services (guarding, neighbourhood patrols, mobile patrols)
- Identify and acquire new clients within Lusaka and surrounding areas
- Conduct site visits and client presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support digital and field marketing campaigns
- Prepare basic sales reports and client feedback
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven sales or marketing experience (security or services industry is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email, WhatsApp)
- Knowledge of Lusaka areas is an added advantage
