Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive the growth of our medical equipment business. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a good understanding of healthcare market trends, and the ability to build lasting relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for medical equipment and consumables.
  • Actively identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  • Maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and procurement units.
  • Prepare quotations, bids, and participate in tender processes.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure timely follow-up on orders and payments.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years' experience in sales, preferably in medical equipment or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of medical devices, hospital equipment, or laboratory products is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage

  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to understand technical product information.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
