Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executives to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting Mika Express’s online platform, engaging with clients both physically and virtually, and achieving set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and marketing skills, as well as a strong understanding of online sales dynamics and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the Mika Express online platform and its products to potential customers and vendors.
- Conduct physical and online client interactions, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base locally and internationally.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with the marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management regularly.
- Represent Mika Express at trade shows, exhibitions, and business networking events as required.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in e-commerce and retail.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- A Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
- At least two (2) years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets under minimal supervision.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (added advantage).
