Sales & Marketing Officer – Love My Décor Event Studio

Love My Décor Event Studio is a newly opened, modern event venue, ideal for weddings, corporate events, bridal showers, birthdays, and Chilanga Mulilo ceremonies. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to lead our sales and marketing efforts, drive bookings, and strengthen brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the venue and décor services.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and create engaging content to attract clients.
• Identify and build relationships with event planners, photographers, and corporate clients.
• Organize promotional campaigns, open house events, and other brand activations.
• Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
• Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports and monitor performance metrics.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in events, hospitality, or creative industries.
• Strong digital marketing, content creation, and social media management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and highly creative.
