Job Overview

Tough Team Investments Ltd is seeking a motivated, energetic and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads and assist in converting inquiries into sales.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on client requests.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong experience in bid preparation and tender submission.
  • Hands-on experience using the Electronic Government Procurement (E-GP) system for Government tenders is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
