We are looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Assistants (Optical) with a background in Optometry or Eye Care to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about eye care, retail sales, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities or duties
- Assist customers in selecting spectacles, frames, and lenses
- Explain basic eye care products and services to clients
- Support optometrists during patient consultations when required
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
- Manage stock levels and report low inventory
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional work environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Qualifications or requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or background in Optometry / Eye Care
- Previous sales or customer service experience (added advantage)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Honest, reliable, and well-presented
