Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Help customers select suitable furniture based on their needs and budget
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the showroom
• Process sales and follow up on customer inquiries
• Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and new arrivals

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Honest, responsible, and self-motivated
• Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
