JOB DETAILS:

This is a frontline role responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales for new and used vehicles and equipment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Sales:
  • Greet and engage customers in the showroom or on the yard in a professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs through careful questioning and active listening.
  • Conduct vehicle and equipment presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and specifications.
  • Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet individual sales targets.
• Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all VW and Suzuki models, including their technical specifications, pricing, and financing options.
  • Develop strong knowledge of the equipment and forklift brands sold (e.g., capabilities, applications, advantages).
• Lead Generation & Management:
  • Proactively generate new leads through networking, follow-up calls, and social media.
  • Manage a database of prospective customers and maintain regular follow-up communication.
  • Effectively use the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• After-Sales Support:
  • Introduce customers to the Service and Parts departments to ensure a comprehensive customer experience.
  • Facilitate a smooth vehicle handover process.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
