Position: Sales Consultant
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Sales Consultant in our showroom.
Age Requirement: 20–35 years
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Core Duties;
- Welcome walk-in customers and professionally introduce vehicle features and advantages
- Arrange vehicle test drives and follow up sales leads until deal confirmation
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers and referrals from existing clients
- Manage daily social media activities, including posting content and responding to inbox messages on social media platforms
- Register customer information, update follow-up records, and maintain client files
- Assist supervisors with order submissions, vehicle preparation and handover ceremonies
- Maintain cleanliness of the showroom, display vehicles, and marketing materials
Qualifications & Requirements;
- Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience (automotive or related industry is an added advantage)
- Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Fluent spoken English with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to confidently explain product features and selling points
- Skilled in smartphone and social media operations
- Must possess a valid Zambian driver’s license
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude
