1. SALES CONSULTANTS – NDOLA X 2
Are you an experienced and hardworking individual with a passion for the Real Estate industry? We are looking for 2 x Sales Consultants to join our NDOLA Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell our Real Estate products and services
- Generate and close leads
- Educate prospects, and turn them into customers
- Pursue and secure new business and additional product sales opportunities
- consistently meet monthly sales targets and follow up with clients regarding outstanding installment payments
- Must be able to prepare sales strategies, be able to Prepare sales letters and contracts
- Must be able to follow up on customers for payments of any outstanding installments
- Must have zeal to crack deals and with great positive attitude to
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 26 years old and above and a holder of a Grade 12 certificate with credits or better, including Math and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, 1 year experience and knowledge of real estate industry will be an added advantage.
- A certificate or diploma in Sales and Marketing, Real Estate Development Studies will be an advantage
- Must be excellent with social media platforms for content creation and product marketing
- Must have own accommodation in NDOLA, or ready to relocate at own cost.
- Must have high level of integrity and professionalism
- Must be updated with industry market trends and advise Management accordingly
- Must have a Clean and Valid Driver’s Licence / OWN ACCOMODATION IN NDOLA
