• onboard and maintain strong customer relations
• Track sales activities, and generate reports using various software.
• Work with marketing for campaigns and support teams in person and remotely for smooth customer experience
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

• troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently
• front desk sales - handle walk in cash customers and corporate fleets

Essential Skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Must have 2 years minimum experience in an automotive related industry.

Proficiency with Microsoft word, PowerPoint, excel and general computer skills

Goal-oriented with a drive to meet targets

Report weekly to reporting officers

Qualification

Grade 12 Certificate

Bachelor's Degree (Preferred): Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields

Driving license (preferred)
