Tyre-King, a leading automobile tyre retailer, is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Executives to drive sales performance, deliver exceptional service, and grow market share across our branch network.

Purpose of the Job

To ensure customer satisfaction, achieve set sales targets, and grow market share through effective prospecting, quality customer service, relationship management, and customer retention initiatives.

• Prospect, follow up on leads, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide quality customer service, raise quotations/invoices, and follow up on orders.
• Manage cash and credit clients using CRM principles.
• Deliver aftersales service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Update customer databases and monitor market share within key accounts.
• Identify business opportunities
• Recruit new customers and support field sales activities.
• Gather market intelligence on pricing, competition, and trends.
• Provide actionable suggestions to improve service and competitiveness.
• Uphold a clean, professional appearance
• Maintain proper presentation, showroom standards, and sales documentation
• Ensure proper care and display of merchandise.
• Assist with debt collection within approved policy timelines
• Comply with sales documentation and reporting requirements.

• Computer literate
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Upselling and cross-selling ability (e.g. tyres + alignment + balancing + tubes)
• Ability to read and interpret tyre specifications for customers
• Proven experience of achieving targets

• Certificate or Diploma in a Business related field (Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or Automotive Technology is an added advantage.)
• Grade 12 certificate
• ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central) is an added advantage
