Job Responsibilities:

• Support senior sales managers in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Assist in managing key accounts and building strong relationships with clients under supervision.
• Participate in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting activities.
• Learn and apply sales management techniques, including coaching and performance evaluation processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales management; prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
