Job Summary
Our client, a leading vehicle selling company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving sales targets and expanding market share in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, manage a team of sales professionals, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to meet individual and team goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales team members.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels and an optimal product mix.
- Promotions and Events: Plan and execute promotional events, campaigns, and activities to boost sales and brand awareness.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the automotive industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, market trends, and customer needs.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Education: Degree in marketing or any business-related program.
