Weaverbird Group is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing portfolio. If you have a strong background in sales, a passion for marketing, and deep familiarity with the Zambian building and industrial sectors, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies for chemical products
• Has experience with ABE, SIKA or BASF
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in chemical industries.
• Strong understanding of building materials, chemicals, and related products
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Valid driver’s license is an added advantage
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
