Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Country Director, who will provide overall supervision, strategic guidance, performance management, and oversight of the role. The incumbent will work closely with the Country Director on day-to-day operations, project implementation, stakeholder engagement, and organizational priorities, ensuring alignment with Mwabu’s objectives and operational standards.
