Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell company products and services.
• Attend to customers and provide accurate product information.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales leads.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
• Meet agreed sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.
• Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Must be confident, presentable, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
