Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field marketing activities to promote the business and attract new customers.
• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms.
• Create engaging content and implement effective digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Represent the business professionally while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of social media management and content creation.
• Self-motivated, proactive, energetic, and results-oriented.
• Ability to conduct field marketing and work independently.
• Previous experience in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
• Applicants residing in or around Ibex Hill will have an added advantage.
