Wintop Industry Zambia Limited, located at Plot 688 Mungwi Road in Lusaka West, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality glass packaging products. As the glass manufacturing company in Zambia, Wintop is committed to delivering premium glass bottles and containers using advanced technology and strict quality standards. We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales & Marketing Personnel to join our team and support both field and office operations as we continue to expand our market presence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Market and promote company products to clients.
• Visit customers in the field to generate sales.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer orders.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and collect market feedback.
• Prepare sales reports and update customer records.
• Assist with back-office work such as preparing quotations, invoices, and answering client inquiries.
• Support marketing activities, promotions, and product displays.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics team on orders and deliveries.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing
• 1-2 years experience in sales and marketing.( experience in a manufacturing company will be added as an advantage)
• Valid drivers license
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively in the office.
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
