We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Sales Operations Specialist to drive efficiency, accuracy, and performance across the sales organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales activity data to generate actionable insights for leadership
  • Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts
  • Identify and implement improvements to sales processes and workflows
  • Evaluate process effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Detect bottlenecks and inconsistencies across the sales cycle
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize sales dashboards and reports
  • Build new reporting tools to enhance visibility and performance tracking
  • Ensure consistency and integrity of data across systems
  • Manage and optimize CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Ensure accurate data entry, user adoption, and system efficiency
  • Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials
  • Support onboarding and training of new sales team members
  • Assist in territory planning and quota allocation
  • Support sales compensation calculations and commission tracking
  • Ensure commission data is accurate and ready for payroll processing
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong ability to build dashboards and interpret data into actionable insights
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Close attention to detail and data accuracy
