About the Role

Zambeef Plc is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Supervisor to join our team in Lusaka. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our sales processes, supporting our sales teams, and contributing to overall business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily sales operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supervise and train sales support staff.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales operational strategies.
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Prepare sales reports and present findings to management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and principles.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
