Background

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Operations Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Sales Operations team. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, optimizing sales processes, supervising team performance, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales, Operations, and Account Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sales Operations team, ensuring efficient workload management and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance operational performance.
  • Monitor operational metrics and reporting dashboards to analyze trends and support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Ensure timely completion of operational tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and establish measurable performance goals.
  • Monitor team productivity and ensure achievement of departmental KPIs.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Address performance issues, workload challenges, and team conflicts proactively.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to align operational activities with business and revenue goals.
  • Support strategic initiatives and company-wide projects to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Serve as a backup resource for Sales Operations Coordinators when required.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and guide the team through operational changes.
  • Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards for leadership.
  • Analyze sales operations data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and operational records.
  • Support forecasting and workload planning through data analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Sales Operations, Project Management, or Leadership are an added advantage.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Order Management, or a similar operational role.
  • 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing a team of at least three employees.
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems, preferably Salesforce and Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and generate actionable insights.
