Job Summary
Bienvenue Private Security Ltd is seeking motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales Personnel to promote and sell the company's security services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, generating sales leads, and contributing to the company's revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote Bienvenue Private Security Ltd's security services to prospective clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and field visits.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and company profiles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable security solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents in collaboration with management.
- Negotiate contracts within approved company guidelines.
- Follow up on quotations and sales leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, prospects, and sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and monitor competitors.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, business meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure smooth service delivery after contract award.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after service delivery.
- Promote the company's brand and maintain a professional corporate image at all times.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly sales target achieved.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Number of client meetings conducted.
- Proposal and quotation conversion rate.
- Customer retention rate.
- Revenue generated.
- Client satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Certificate in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Experience in the security industry, insurance, facilities management, or related service industries is an added advantage.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Good report writing and documentation skills.
