Background

As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Big & Top Fishery, responsible for developing new accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales leads across retail, wholesale, hospitality, and institutional sectors
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing client accounts
  • Present and promote the full range of fishery products professionally
  • Negotiate pricing, supply agreements, and delivery schedules
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis
  • Prepare accurate weekly sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment
  • Represent the company at trade expos, agricultural shows, and industry events
  • Provide clients with basic product knowledge on fish quality, storage, and handling
