The key purpose is to provide end‑to‑end analytical and financial support to the Trade Marketing Manager. of this role is to drive superior market execution and sales effectiveness by managing key account discounts, commercial CAPEX and maintenance, campaign alignment, performance reporting, and insights‑led decision‑making to maximize ROI, mitigate risks, and unlock growth opportunities in the market.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The position carries full accountability to support the TM Manager on sales package planning, including planning and budgeting, delivering monthly LE tracking and execution, supplier engagement, and opportunity and risk analysis to ensure that on‑time trade materials are delivered on plan and strategy in the market.
  • The role involves delivering best‑in‑class POSM execution across brands to stand out in the market.
  • The analyst is responsible for managing key account variable discounts models, including forecasting, variable discount analysis versus budget, accrual processes, customer letters, and communications.
  • Supports the TM Manager and Key Account Managers in setting and executing guidelines by channel, including investment guidelines, ROI and RICE execution, asset deployment, and customer gives and gets.
  • Manages commercial capex from end to end, including RIA completion, budgeting, sourcing, capitalization, and asset verification.
  • Managing commercial maintenance, including cooler and draught maintenance budgets, as well as commercial vehicle fuel and maintenance.
  • Manages the campaign calendar in key accounts to ensure alignment between the Brand calendar and the National Trade.
  • Marketing calendar, ensuring that push and pull activities deliver volume for the brands.
  • Analyzes reports, and informs managers on key account outlets and performance, group performance, and brand performance, with responsibility to report on and advise opportunities and risks, including competitor analysis and market insights.
  • Supports Key Account Managers in resolving key account claims, ensuring company staff and customer processes are followed, agreeing work with customer account teams, and resolving account queries with ZB credit teams.
  • Analyze relevant data sources and system outputs available in order to create meaningful dashboards that can be used to track and adjust execution for short‑term results, (e.g., day‑to‑day or monthly performance).

Key Attributes and Competencies:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in trade marketing, commercial finance, sales analysis, or a similar analytical commercial role is advantageous/preferred.
  • Experience working with budgets, forecasts, accruals, and variance analysis in a commercial or sales‑focused environment.
  • Experience delivering strong POSM execution across brands in the market.
  • Solid planning, budgeting, and forecasting capability
