Job Summary
National Milling Corporation Limited (NMC) is seeking to recruit a Sales Representative to join its dynamic sales team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling NMC products to customers, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Present and demonstrate products to potential customers.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Full Grade 12 Certificate.
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
