Position Summary
Zatham Wealth Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our financial products, and supporting loan application processes while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit potential clients for Zatham Wealth loan products.
- Promote and market company financial products to individuals and organizations.
- Assist clients in completing loan application documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partner organizations.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
- Participate in marketing activations, community outreach, and employer engagements.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and market feedback
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, microfinance, banking, or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge of the local market and community networks is an advantage.
