JOB DETAILS:
Our client in the Solar Power Industry is seeking two (2) motivated Sales Representatives one to based in Kitwe and the other one in Lusaka to join its growing renewable energy team. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling portable solar station , Batteries, Inverters, Solar panels, etc.
Products Range:
- Portable solar products: 300W – 2400W
- Full solar systems: 5kW – 10kW
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activations at malls and government ministries
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities in the field
- Promote and sell solar power solutions to individuals and businesses
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet monthly sales targets
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Gross Salary: K3,000
- Commission
- Talk time allowance
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Certificate or Diploma in any Business related program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience in Solar Power Industry is an added advantage
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Willingness to work in the field
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
