In order to ensure the vitality of team members and promote the growth of regional sales, we are looking to hire 3 Sales Specialists whose responsibilities and experience is highlighted below:

Job Responsibilities

Promote and sell tiles and related construction products to retail and project clients

Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Provide product knowledge and technical guidance to customers

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams to ensure timely deliveries and payments

Required Experience and Qualifications

Have the ability of market analysis and market development, be good at communicating with customers and solve work problems on the spot.

Must have 1-3 years of related work experience

Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a credible higher learning institution

Excellent field sales experience and negotiation skills
