Key Responsibilities

• Sales Team Leader:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Sales Representatives:
  • Execute sales strategies to meet individual and team targets.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Report sales activities and progress to the Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Marketing degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven sales experience, with at least 1 year in the solar industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills (especially for Team Leader).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the solar industry and market trends is an advantage.

Remuneration

• Sales Team Leader: Gross pay of K12,000 to K15,000 per month.
• Sales Representative: Gross pay of K8,000 to K9,500 per month.
• Additional Commissions: Paid based on sales generated.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: professional certificate
